Omaxe Ltd reported a consolidated net loss of ₹185.77 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to ₹146.98 crore a year ago.
Total income fell to ₹298.03 crore from ₹385.23 crore in the same period last year.
The realty firm has operations in 30 cities across eight states and has delivered over 135 million sq ft to date.
Realty firm Omaxe Ltd has posted a consolidated net loss of ₹185.77 crore in the first quarter of this financial year on lower income.
Its net loss stood at ₹146.98 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income also declined to ₹298.03 crore in the April-June period of 2025-26 fiscal against ₹385.23 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing last week.
OmOmaxe, which is one of the leading real estate firms in the country, has a presence in 30 cities across eight states of North and Central India. It has delivered more than 135 million sq ft of area since its inception.
Last month, Omaxe Ltd bought 450-acre land in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, to develop a township at an investment of ₹1,200 crore.
Recently, the company raised ₹500 crore from Oaktree Capital Management for development of its existing projects and future growth.
