  • The fund will back AI-native start-ups in areas like consumer AI, infra, healthcare, logistics, robotics, and deeptech hardware

Former Kae Capital partner Natasha Malpani has launched ‘Boundless Ventures’, an early-stage fund with ₹200 crore corpus to support AI start-ups in India. Malpani has left Kae Capital earlier this year.

The fund will write cheques for AI start-ups across categories, including consumer AI, AI infrastructure, agent tooling, and vertical AI applications in sectors like healthcare and logistics, and make-in-India hardware, along with the deeptech sector.

It has already made six investments in start-ups, including SuperHealth (reimaging healthcare delivery from the ground up), Armatrix (robotics for last-metre industrial automation), Piersight (real-time ocean intelligence via satellites), Knot (AI-based fashion deliver and logistics platform), and two stealth companies in AI infra and consumer applications.

“We are at an inflection point where AI is moving from experiments to infrastructure, and the next decade will be defined by the teams who can turn raw capability into enduring systems and categories,” said Natasha Malpani, founder of Boundless Ventures.

According to her, India has a once-in-a-generation advantage of talent density, digital rails, and the ambition to build companies that can lead globally from day one. However, technology alone isn’t enough.

“Founders who can marry technical depth with cultural fluency will be the ones who set the terms of the next wave. Boundless exists to back those founders before the world catches on. Our model combines capital with deep narrative support, helping companies articulate and win categories before they are named,” Malpani noted.

“We are systematic and selective. Every investment is a bet on a founder’s ability to bend reality, not follow consensus,” she added.

Boundless is a pre-seed and seed venture capital platform backing AI-native founders across science, systems, and identity. Before launching her own VC firm, Malpani has invested in health at a $1 billion fund in London, and backed early AI companies at Kae Capital.
