In his new role, Bawa will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and advancing ServiceNow’s leadership in digital transformation across the region, the company said in a statement.

With over two decades of experience in enterprise technology and SaaS businesses, Bawa most recently served as the Global Chief Revenue Officer at SAP. Previously, he held the positions of President and Managing Director for SAP India and President and Managing Director for South Asia at Adobe.

Before his corporate career, Bawa served as a Cavalry officer in the Indian Army for over 12 years.

Bawa will report to ServiceNow APAC President Adrian Johnston.

"India is more than a growth market for ServiceNow, it is a critical engine for our global ambitions. Kulmeet’s rare combination of global CRO experience, deep regional expertise, and the discipline forged through military service makes him uniquely positioned to drive that mission forward,” Johnston said.
