TELUS International India has launched TELUS International University (TIU) to facilitate access to wide array of in-person and virtual courses for both professional and personal development on topics such as artificial intelligence, cyber security, product leadership and strategy, HR analytics, and business management.
Commenting on the development, Rajiv M Dhand, Regional Vice-President for TELUS International Asia-Pacific and Africa, said, “Access to learning and development is top of mind for our team members, and we are proud to be able to support them through various educational programs, including TELUS International University.”
According to the statement of TIU, the company currently partners with the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning Institute, AnalytixLabs, UPES, Edvancer, Edology, the Shankar Mahadevan Academy, Inlingua New Delhi and the Institute of Product Leadership in the country.
TELUS International India also launched digital library to accommodate on-site, hybrid and remote workstyles. The library currently has more than 500 books in four languages. TELUS International India also has two sites in Noida and one in Bengaluru. Its parent, Telus International, is based in Vancouver, Canada.
Talking about the new programme, Dhand added,” “Since launching the program, we’ve also received a lot of interest, not just from our team members, but from their loved ones as well. We are happy to be able to help them achieve not only their dreams but also their aspirations for their families and loved ones.”
Its parent TELUS International works in several verticals, which include tech and games, communications and media, eCommerce and fintech, banking, financial services and insurance, healthcare, and others.
