CG Power and Industrial Solutions on Thursday posted nearly 11% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹267 crore in the June quarter compared to a year ago, mainly on the back of higher revenues.
Aggregate sales for the quarter were up at ₹2,878 crore at a growth of 29% compared to ₹2,228 crore in the same period a year ago, stated a company statement.
According to the statement, consolidated profit after tax (PAT or net profit) was 11% higher at ₹267 crore for the quarter as against ₹241 crore in Q1FY25.
The order intake for the quarter stood at ₹5,138 crore, marking a 62% YoY growth. The unexecuted order backlog as of 30th June 2025, was ₹13,072 crore, up 82% YoY· The consolidated quarterly performance, for the first time, includes the operational performance of Axiro, which houses the Radio Frequency components business acquired by CG from Renesas Electronics and other affiliate entities.
