Nandita Sinha, CEO of Myntra, is set to resign from the Flipkart-owned fashion platform
The exit occurs as Walmart-backed Flipkart prepares for a high-stakes IPO later this year
Sharon Pais, current head of Flipkart Fashion, is the reported frontrunner to succeed Sinha
Myntra chief executive officer Nandita Sinha is set to resign and leave the Flipkart-owned fashion platform in the coming weeks, according to a Moneycontrol report.
Her exit comes at a sensitive time for the Walmart-backed Flipkart group, which is preparing for an IPO later this year. The company has already begun searching for her replacement, and a new leader is expected to be finalised in the coming days.
Sharon Pais, who currently heads Flipkart Fashion and previously served as chief business officer at Myntra, is reportedly the frontrunner to take over the role. Flipkart declined to comment, saying it does not respond to market speculation. Sinha’s next move is not yet known.
Sinha’s Work Experience
Sinha has been with the Flipkart group since 2013 and joined the company around 13 years ago as Associate Director. Over time, she worked across several functions, including furniture, customer engagement, health and beauty, before being appointed CEO of Myntra in 2022.
She was later given additional responsibility to lead Flipkart Fashion as well, before handing that baton to Pais.
Her departure is significant because Myntra is one of the most important businesses inside the Flipkart ecosystem. The Bengaluru-based platform is India’s largest fashion e-commerce company and remains one of the group’s most profitable units.
Through Myntra and Flipkart Fashion, Walmart controls about half of India’s $21 billion fashion e-commerce market, giving the group a strong position against rivals such as Amazon Fashion, Reliance’s AJIO, Nykaa Fashion and Meesho.
Other Leadership Shuffle at Myntra
The leadership change also follows a recent management update at Myntra. In February 2026, the company appointed Pramod Adiddam as chief technology officer with immediate effect.
He replaced Raghu Krishnananda, who had served as chief product and technology officer for more than five years before leaving in April 2025. Myntra said Adiddam’s role will focus on technology strategy, innovation, platform flexibility and strengthening technical capabilities as the business scales further.
Together, the executive reshuffle and Sinha’s expected exit point to a broader leadership reset inside one of Flipkart’s most strategic businesses, just as the parent group moves closer to a public listing.
