Belrise Industries Ltd IPO: The bidding window for the auto component manufacturer's initial public offering will conclude today, May 23 (Friday). The IPO witnessed decent investor interest as the primary market gained heightened attention once again.

At 11:00 am, Belrise Industries received bids for 87,25,60,906 shares versus 17,70,58,824 shares on offer, indicating an oversubscription of 4.93 times.

The bidding window for the IPO started on May 21, 2025 (Wednesday). The allotment date for the IPO is expected to be finalised by next week, Monday (May 26). As for the tentative listing on the bourses, the date is fixed for May 28, 2025 (Wednesday). Retail investors are required to invest a minimum amount of Rs 14,110, as the minimum lot size is 166 shares.

Earlier this week, Belrise Industries raised a total amount of Rs 645 crore from anchor investors. The auto component manufacturer will be using the proceeds for repayment of outstanding borrowings and other general corporate purposes.

GMP or grey market premium refers to the price level at which the company's shares trade in the grey market before hitting the official bourses.

At 11:12 am, the shares of Belrise Industries were trading at a GMP of Rs 23, commanding a premium of over 25.25% as per the investor gains website.

Axis Capital Ltd., HSBC Securities & Capital Markets Pvt Ltd, SBI Capital Markets Ltd and Jefferies India Pvt Ltd are among the lead book running lead managers of the IPO

Should You Subscribe?

Analysts have suggested a 'Subscribe-for long term' rating on the IPO.

"As of FY24, they rank among the top three companies in India’s two-wheeler metal components segment, holding a 24% market share based on revenue....The company is focusing on increasing its content per vehicle (CPV) along with focusing on EVs, 4-wheelers as commercial vehicles. We believe that the issue is fairly priced and recommend a 'Subscribe – Long Term' rating to the IPO," Anand Rathi Brokerage firm said in its report.
