Steppenwolf’s biker anthem Born to be wild is a daily request here. Leather jackets and boots teamed with long hair, sunglasses and a bandana is the dress code. And the décor definitely tries to keep up — headlight lamps for lights, stripped-down bikes for seats and a menu that includes Ninja special sushi and Fatboy burger. Revv Café and Bar in Delhi’s tony GK-1 wants to be known as the ‘Hard Rock Café’ for bikers.

“It’s a place where you can ride in on your ‘hog’, grab a beer and swap tales of derring-do,” grins owner Saurabh Mehra. Start-up cost has been low as the property is  family-owned. In its earlier avatar, it was a pizza joint that couldn’t stand the competition. To pull bikers in, there are happy hours and biking expeditions. Of course, the place is open to all but for bikers it rolls out the red carpet, valet parking included.
