Hero MotoCorp posted its fourth-quarter result for the financial year 2025 and reported a 6.4% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,081 crore from Rs 1,016 crore in Q4 FY24. The automaker’s revenue from operations in Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 9,939 crore compared to 9,519 crore in Q4 FY24.
“Hero MotoCorp delivered strong financial performance during the year, driven by disciplined fiscal management and focused strategic execution,” said Hero MotoCorp’s CFO, Vivek Anand.
The auto giant sold 13.81 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters in Q4 FY25. The sales in the quarter were marginally less compared to 13.92 lakh units sold in Q4 FY24 and 14.63 lakh units in Q3 FY25. The total sales for the complete financial year 2025 stood at 58.99 lakh units.
On the operating side, EBITDA increased 4.2% to Rs 1,416 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to Rs 1,359 crore in Q4 FY24. The company in the financial year 2025 posted its highest-ever annual revenue from operations and profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 40,756 crore and Rs 4,610 crore, respectively.
The company’s strong financial performance was driven by robust sales in both the electric vehicles and global business. In the EV category, the auto major recorded its highest-ever EV sales, marking a nearly 200% increase over FY24. On the international business front, the company posted a 43% growth on a y-o-y basis.
The auto major has declared a final dividend of Rs 65 per equity share, including the interim dividend of Rs 100 per share, the total dividend for FY25 stands at Rs 165 per equity share, according to Hero MotoCorp’s Q4 earnings statement.
“Looking ahead, we remain optimistic about the near-to-mid-term outlook. Key macroeconomic factors—such as revised income tax slabs, repo rate cuts, a strengthening rural economy, and a favourable monsoon forecast, are expected to support industry growth,” the company’s CFO added.
