In a turbulent FY19, thanks to the IL&FS scare that spooked the non-banking finance sector and the market in general, Sensex still managed to end the year with 16% return. Even as the Index continued to head north, there were a whole bunch of stocks that managed to beat the benchmark – some by a whisker and others by a huge margin.
