Though a late convert, I have become a voracious reader of non-fiction and business biographies. Reading is undoubtedly the best way to learn life lessons from successful leaders and thinkers of different generations. My favourite book, The Trillion Dollar Coach, is an inspirational story of an unsung hero Bill Campbell, who left a lasting legacy in almost all leading technology firms in the Silicon Valley.

The Pursuit of Happyness is one of the most poignant movies of all time. While there’s a lot to learn from that movie, the biggest lesson is one we all need — to stay positive and never give up. Lately, I’ve been addicted to documentaries on over-the-top (OTT) platforms.

While I’m not an adventure seeker, I have experienced the thrill of bungee jumping and scuba diving. I have also participated in a few half-marathons and am working towards my goal of a full marathon and going sky-diving next!

Being a foodie, I enjoy trying different cuisines as authentic as I can find them. So, highway dhabas and street food are much more exciting than posh restaurants for their variations and local flavours.

After visiting several of the world’s most beautiful cities, I have come to appreciate the scenic beauty of hills and beaches. While travelling, I prefer to discover new places on foot or by cycling. It allows me to explore the city like a local. The peaceful beaches at Maldives are mesmerising.
