HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) on Thursday reported a 24% jump in profit after tax at ₹748 crore in the three months ended June 2025.
In comparison, the asset management firm had posted a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹604 crore in the same quarter preceding fiscal.
The company's revenue from operations increased 25% to ₹968 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, from ₹775.2 crore in the same quarter preceding fiscal year, HDFC AMC said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
The company's Average Asset Under Management (AAUM) stood at ₹8.3 lakh crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹6.71 lakh crore a year earlier.
Following the results, shares of HDFC AMC jumped 3.5 per cent to hit their 52-week high of ₹5,547.50 on the BSE. The stock finally settled 2.78% higher at ₹5,505.95 on the BSE.
HDFC AMC, investment manager to HDFC Mutual Fund, has a diversified asset class mix across equity and fixed income/others.
It also has a countrywide network of branches along with a diversified distribution network comprising banks, Independent financial advisors and national distributors.
