About The Author
Govind Gupta is a Weiss Fund Predoctoral Fellow at the Kellogg School of Management. He works on research related to development economics , particularly on the meta-analyses of entrepreneurial development and transfers. Previously he worked as a governance consultant working with a state government in India and as a Legislative Fellow ( LAMP) at its Parliament.
