About The Author
Arpan Patra is an environmental scientist and policy professional and works as a Programme Lead at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW). He holds a PhD from IIT Bombay. For over four years, he has worked in the policy space, focusing on strengthening environmental compliance, monitoring, and accountability across sectors to reduce air pollution.
