Richa Kar is the founder of Zivame, India’s largest online lingerie retailer. Richa was born in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand but later moved with her family to the US. Richa holds a degree in engineering from BITS Pilani and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai. Before launching Zivame, she worked in retail consultancy and technology, including a stint at SAP. She went on to work for The Limited, the former parent company of Victoria’s Secret, where she was exposed to best practices in the intimate wear industry.
