...and a song?
Eye of the Tiger by Survivor has kept me going since my school days. The lyrics and intensity get me fired up. It makes me want to win every game. I used to listen to the song before every exam and do so even today, before important meetings. 

When anxiety sets in?
I have a small basketball in my cabin in the office. Dribbling it and bouncing it off the wall helps me channelise my energy and de-stress.

Other ways to de-stress?
I love sports and am a part of a fantasy football league with some of my friends in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Though it is in the virtual space, the engagement level is intense. We build our team, play and compete against others.

An anecdote or lesson you’d like to share?
A very dear professor-cum-friend from NYU once told me: “Life is too short to be stressed. Either shut up and see it through or just end it. Make a decision and don't complain!” This advice helped me stay sane when I first moved to India to work on my business. Back then; there were times when I’d question my purpose
