Favourite Movie

The Big Short is my all-time favourite movie. It is an Oscar-winning adaptation of Michael Lewis’s book based around the real lives and actions of several industry professionals during the global financial crisis of 2007–08. It offers exemplary insight into the world of banking and global economy and arguably one of the most serious financial crises ever.

Favourite Book

The Hard Thing about Hard Things by Ben Horowitz, one of Silicon Valley’s most iconic entrepreneurs. In the book, he shares some of his experiences that reveal an unpopular aspect of the lives of CEOs and people in leadership positions. It shows how things are not as rosy as they may look.

Favourite Sport

I love skiing. It is one of the few sports that come with breathtaking views. A lot of my family and friends share a passion for the sport. So, it is a great way for us to spend some quality time and be active together.

Favourite Cuisine

Nothing compares to the joy of a home-cooked Indian meal. No matter where in the world I am, I try to find Indian food. In London, Jamavar, Bombay Bustle and Dishoom are some of my favourite restaurants.

Favourite travel destination

Courchevel in France is a place that I cannot have enough of. It is famously one of the best destinations for skiing and to soak in the culture of the French Alps. It evokes a lot of tranquility and calmness in me. Every time I am there, I do not feel like leaving.
