Madhusudhan Khemka is a veteran in India’s wind energy sector with over 30 years of experience across wind, solar and energy storage. He serves as Strategic Advisor to Venwind Refex Power Limited, the wind turbine manufacturing venture of the Refex Group. A former Chairman of the Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers Association (IWTMA), he specializes in policy, strategic partnerships and large-scale project execution across India and international markets. He has delivered more than 3,000 MW of projects and led ventures valued at over $2.5 billion.
