The website Outlookbusiness.com (hereinafter 'website'), developed and operated by M/s Outlook Publishing (India) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its Registered Office at 'Rahejas', 4th Floor, Corner of Main Avenue and VP Road, Santacruz (West), Mumbai-400054 (hereinafter 'OPIPL') is being offered to the subscriber (hereinafter 'visitor') upon the terms and conditions that follow. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which takes effect on the date that the visitor first accesses and/or uses the website.

Subscription Period, Renewal and Cancellation

As a digital subscriber, you will have access to our content through our website Outlookbusiness.com. This does not include delivery of Print Edition.

Under the Basic Plan, you will have access to future editions and not the archives.

To access the archives, you have to subscribe to Value Plan or Deep Value Plan.

Upon expiry of your subscription, access to the website as well as the archives will cease.

As a Basic Plan subscriber, you can upgrade your subscription to Value Plan at any time; access to archives will lapse along with your subscription.

If you renew your subscription, you can carry forward the remainder of your archive access. You will receive a renewal notification before 30 days followed by another reminder before 15 days, prior to expiry of your subscription.

You agree to pay the subscription fee in advance in order to access the website.

Any subscription discount is calculated upfront depending on your subscription and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription.

While subscribing, you will provide complete and accurate information in the fields that are required to be filled.

A subscription cannot be cancelled as we do not offer a refund, either partial or in full in respect of the same except as mentioned under the head Pricing Error.

Taxes

Subscription and access to content services fall under the purview of Goods and Service Tax as per the current indirect taxation policy, Government of India. Taxes are applicable for consumption of content on the website and other products of OPIPL uniformly for customers based in India and outside the country. Unless otherwise indicated, prices stated on our website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Service Tax.

Pricing Error

If we incorrectly state a price to you whether online or otherwise, we are not obliged to provide you with a subscription at that price, even if we have mistakenly accepted your offer to buy a subscription at that price, and we reserve the right to subsequently notify you of any pricing error. If we do this, you may cancel the subscription without any obligation to us and we will refund you any money you have paid us in full, or you may pay the correct price. If you refuse to exercise either of these choices then we may cancel your subscription and will refund you any money you have paid us in full. We will always act in good faith in determining whether a genuine pricing error has occurred.

Other costs

In addition to any subscription fees you pay, you are responsible for paying any internet connection or other telecommunications charges or any other charges that you may incur by accessing or using the services available on the website. You are also responsible for any fees/charges that are payable including any processing or other fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider.
