Founded in 2016 by Naval doctor-turned-entrepreneur Dr. Ashvini Jakhar, Prozo has raised $20 million to date from backers including Sixth Sense Ventures and JAFCO Asia. The company operates 42 tech-enabled warehouses spanning over 2.2 million square feet, serves more than 24,000 pin codes, and is running at a revenue run-rate of ₹250 crore.

According to Deloitte India, the country’s digital commerce market is poised to exceed $350 billion by 2030, driven by D2C brands, omnichannel retail and logistics digitisation. Prozo’s full-stack platform which unifies warehousing, freight and fulfillment aims to bridge the infrastructure gap that can otherwise hinder brand scale, delivering speed, visibility and reliability across B2B, B2C and D2C channels.

“Every great performance needs an engine that does not crack under pressure,” said Rohit Sharma, represented by RISE Worldwide. “Prozo is exactly that for the brands it supports a dependable, tech-first platform that powers scale with consistency. I am glad to invest in Prozo as it builds the backbone of India’s new-age commerce.”

Dr. Ashvini Jakhar, Founder & CEO, added, “We’re thrilled to welcome Rohit Sharma on board. His journey from opening batsman to national leader mirrors what we aspire to be for our clients: a consistent, reliable force. His belief energises us as we continue building India’s most agile and accessible supply-chain infrastructure.”

Prozo’s client roster spans high-growth D2C names such as The Minimalist, Neemans, Beardo and Bewakoof, alongside enterprises like PhonePe, McGraw-Hill and TATA Consumer Brands. Its patented control-tower platform and national network enable seamless scale across multiple channels and geographies.

With Rohit Sharma’s backing and a strengthening capital base, Prozo is poised to deepen its tech investments, expand its warehouse footprint and cement its role as the infrastructure layer powering India’s next generation of commerce.
