Bharti Airtel, one of India’s leading telecom service providers, has tied up with Artificial Intelligence (AI) search assistant platform Perplexity to offer its premium Pro subscription free for one year—worth approximately ₹17,000 annually.
Unlike traditional search engines that just list web links, Perplexity delivers clear, concise and verified answers in a natural, conversational tone—making it a smarter and more intuitive way to search and make decisions.
The free 12-month subscription is available to all Airtel users—mobile, broadband, or Direct-to-Home (DTH) television customers. It includes advanced features not available in the free version of Perplexity.
Bharti Airtel’s Perplexity Pro offer is open to all 360 million users across its mobile, Wi-Fi, and DTH network in India. Eligibility requires just an active Airtel connection and the Airtel Thanks app on your device.
To activate the free Perplexity Pro plan, open the Airtel Thanks app on your phone. Scroll down to the ‘Subscriptions’ section, where you’ll find the Perplexity Pro offer. Tap on ‘Claim Now’—this will redirect you to the Perplexity claim page.
On the Perplexity claim page, tap ‘Claim Now’ again and enter your email address. Check your inbox for a one-time password (OTP) and enter it to verify your email for activation.
Once your OTP is verified, your 12-month Perplexity Pro plan gets activated instantly. You can now enjoy premium features through both the Perplexity website and mobile app at no extra cost.
Perplexity Pro unlocks premium tools like unlimited Pro searches, access to advanced AI models, image generation, unlimited file uploads with analysis, dedicated support, and $5 Sonar API credits monthly—far beyond the free plan's limitations.
