Ample Missiion, founded by Dr Aneel Kashi Murarka with a pan-India presence, focuses on alleviating poverty, creating employment, and providing education to underprivileged children. Among other social issues, it works on developing communal harmony, empowering women and marginal communities, and stand up for the voiceless or the unheard.

A successful entrepreneur, as Managing Director of Mirachem Industriies in Mumbai, Aneel found his true calling in philanthropic activities towards fellow beings. He strives to bridge the gap between rich and deprived, which mainstream society neglects.

Aneel, as a short films producer, knows the correlation between mass media and social outcomes. Over the years, Ample Missiion’s short films have successfully addressed many important social issues such as smoking and tobacco use, cleanliness and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, menstruation, teen suicide, breast cancer, road safety, drink and drive, girl child empowerment, and patriotic themes.

Through the family-owned SAMARPN (C B Murarka Charitable trust), he has been further involved in establishing several large public utility projects. They are now strongholds in the local community in Mumbai and his hometown, Lachhmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan.

“Entirely self-funded, and no external sponsorship, every penny comes from our hard-earned money. Hence, we ensure that the purpose is achieved,” says Dr Aneel Kashi Murarka, founder, Ample Missiion.

During his formative years as a youth in Mumbai, Aneel witnessed first-hand the impact of poverty on students and how it closed avenues for their educative advancement. Aneel stuck to his goal towards students educational initiatives and reforms despite impediments over the years.

Aneel and his social enterprise Ample Missiion takes care of hundreds of children from economically backward families. Muskaan – ‘Ample ki Pathshala’ – is an initiative through which they provide free coaching on weekends for slum and tribal kids and supply regular school stationary. He has also set up special funds allocation for girl child’s education from slums and rural areas. Inspired by the nationalistic slogan for girl child ‘Beti Bachao aur Beti Padhao’, he added ,“Betiyon ko aage Badhao” for empowerment and self-reliance of girls.

“Very early on in my life, I became convinced that education offers the best route out of poverty and misery. What we want to do is provide a helping hand rather than hand-outs, and I believe the best way to do so is through education,” says Dr Aneel.

Ample Missiion and family-owned C B Murarka Charitable Trust are active in administering scholarships and grants to help deserving youth the education and sustainability, which he feels will help in nation-building. Today, they have active partnerships with prestigious academic institutions such as the Institute of Chemical Technology Mumbai, KC College, Mithibai College, Guru Nanak Khalsa College and Tolani College, among others, which are certainly not easy feats by any measure.

“Personally for me, what I want is to build a sustainable future for the next generation to continue to excel and contribute to a progressive and prosperous society. Entrepreneurship, philanthropy, social work and sustainability are the avenues towards reaching my goal,” says Aneel. He added, “I am aware this is unlikely to be realised in my lifetime, but what I am doing is setting the foundation stones to realise my aspirations for the future. Slowly but surely, we will get there.”

Aneel Murarka is the trustee of SAMARPN (C B Murarka Charitable Trust), which is associated with the construction of Shivdham Crematorium in Goregaon, Mumbai. Given the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and the need to accelerate the process of the last rites of hundreds of COVID infected bodies without any delay and in a safe and eco-friendly manner, they started operating the new CNG gas-fired furnaces located in the new building within the premises.

“We thank the BMC and government of Maharashtra for the speedy implementation due to surge in pandemic deaths in Mumbai,” says Dr Aneel.

He and his trusted celebrity friends such as comedian Raju Srivastava and others did unique public awareness campaigns like the one where a 55-feet anti-COVID mask was unveiled to create awareness about the importance of mask outside Shivdham Crematorium. They distributed Safety Kawacch (Plastic covers) to over 5,000 Mumbai auto-rickshaws drivers for protection against the coronavirus.

“I hope what we’re doing at Ample Missiion will inspire other social organisations and individuals to do more in this aspect. We can all do well by doing good for others. I remain committed to continue making a difference through philanthropy,” says Dr Aneel.
