I thoroughly enjoy north Indian tandoori dishes. I often love travel to Lucknow to have galouti kebabs there. I do have a soft spot for non-vegetarian Awadhi dishes such as biryani.

Two movies that I always recommend are V Shantaram’s classic Do Aankhen Barah Haath and Bennett Miller’s Moneyball. Both these movies highlight the importance of creating a diverse team to bring out the best in everyone. I also enjoy watching commercial Hindi cinema such as Dabanng and 3 Idiots

I am currently reading the Siva Purana by JL Shastri, which talks about the characteristics of religion and the philosophies of Lord Shiva.

When I was younger, I followed professional tennis players such as Boris Becker and Stefan Edberg. Today, like most Indians, I enjoy watching cricket. Rahul Dravid and Anil Kumble, are my favourites. Both were players with strong ethics, a good game and were driven by integrity.

I have visited 40 countries so far. However, my favourite holiday destination would be the west coast of USA. I visited San Francisco this summer and also enjoyed my time spent at Napa Valley, Yosemite National Park and the 17-Mile Drive to Carmel.
