IQue Ventures on Wednesday unveiled Startup Park, a ₹600 crore initiative dedicated to supporting start-ups. The initiative’s first phase, a ₹50 crore facility in Bengaluru, will open on 15 September with ministers, celebrity entrepreneurs and leading investors in attendance.

The Bengaluru Startup Park will be a curated innovation ecosystem that combines advanced infrastructure with a built-in community. Facilities will include high-tech pitch studios for investor presentations; innovation labs for R&D and rapid prototyping; flexible co-working zones; and a Startup Showcase Arena for demos and launches.

The site will also house investor lounges for private funding meetings, an incubation and acceleration wing offering mentorship and growth programmes, and dedicated podcast and media rooms for content creation.

Event spaces such as conference halls and meeting rooms will support workshops, seminars and summits, while a Global Collaboration Centre will host partner desks for international start-ups and cross-border projects. Day-to-day community life will be fostered by a networking café and lounges designed to encourage informal meetings and deal-making.

Scale, Jobs & Expansion Plans

IQue said Startup Park aims to support more than 200 start-ups and create over 10,000 jobs within six quarters. The Bengaluru site is the pilot for a wider rollout: IQue plans to replicate the model across major Indian cities and selected international markets, building a connected network of hubs.

Startup Park is going to be a massive improvement in India’s start-up ecosystem. From their first pitch to global expansion, everything founders need will be available under one roof,” said Shafi Shoukath, Founder and CEO of IQue Ventures. “Our goal is to replicate this model across India and beyond, creating a connected network of start-up hubs worldwide.”

By bundling physical infrastructure, investor access, mentorship and media capabilities in a single campus, IQue aims to shorten founders’ access time to capital, customers and scale. If the rollout meets targets, the project could become a visible focal point for early- and growth-stage start-ups seeking integrated support and international connections.
