Fur Jaden Secures ₹9.5 Crore to Expand Luggage Brand, Eyes ₹100 Crore Revenue

Fur Jaden, an Indian luggage company, has raised INR 9.5 Crore (about 1.1 Million USD) in a Pre-Series A funding round from Gruhas Collective Consumer Fund. The company, which has served over 1 million customers, offers products like luggage, duffles, backpacks, and crossbody bags, with half of its line made from eco-friendly materials such as vegan leather and recycled canvas.

The company said that the raised funds will be used to hire more staff, expand product offerings, increase online and offline retail presence, and support brand-building efforts.

The Indian luggage market, valued at INR 20,400 Crore in 2024, is expected to grow to INR 29,900 Crore by 2030. Fur Jaden plans to reach INR 100 Crore in annual revenue within 16–18 months and aims to become a leading luggage brand in India over the next five years through digital expansion, flagship stores, and retail partnerships.

Fur Jaden focuses on combining style, functionality, and durability in its products. It aims to change how luggage and backpacks are viewed, treating them as everyday essentials rather than standout features. The company considers quality and usability as basic requirements for its offerings.

Since starting, Fur Jaden has gained over 1 million customers with its product range, which includes luggage, travel duffles, backpacks, and crossbody bags. Half of its products are made from eco-friendly materials like vegan leather and recycled canvas, reflecting its focus on sustainability. The company is also adding new colors and textures to its items.

The recent funding will be used in four main areas: hiring more staff to improve operations, expanding product offerings, increasing online and offline retail presence, and supporting brand development efforts.
