EaseMyTrip Partners with OneBanc to Embed Corporate Travel Suite in AI Banking Platform

Online travel‑tech platform EaseMyTrip has entered a strategic partnership with OneBanc, a neo‑bank for white‑collar salaried professionals, to integrate EaseMyTrip’s corporate‑travel suite, EMTDesk, into OneBanc’s AI‑powered payroll‑banking platform.

The collaboration will streamline end‑to‑end corporate‑travel management by embedding multi‑modal booking capabilities covering flights, hotels, trains and more directly within OneBanc’s interface. Through real‑time inventory feeds and policy‑aligned recommendations, the joint solution promises greater transparency, reduced inefficiencies and strict adherence to company travel policies.

EMTDesk boasts features such as WhatsApp‑based approval workflows, traveller‑profile management, risk tracking, vendor and payment integrations and 24/7 customer support. These will be bolstered by OneBanc’s proprietary AI engine, which automates payroll and HRMS processes, drives actionable insights, enforces regulatory compliance and delivers personalised experiences for employees.

While India‑specific data on travel‑management software is sparse, global estimates peg losses from manual errors and inefficiencies at over USD 5 billion annually, with compliance‑related penalties and legal costs exceeding USD 7 billion. By unifying banking, payroll, HRMS and corporate travel on a single platform, OneBanc and EaseMyTrip aim to cut operational costs, automate GST‑invoice submissions and furnish real‑time analytics, empowering enterprises to negotiate better rates and enforce cost‑control measures.
