Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], September 7: For decades, moving home in India meant more than just physical labour. It meant handing your belongings to a stranger you found through word of mouth, hoping a local contact number would answer if something went wrong, and dealing with hidden charges that showed up only after the job was done. Packing and moving has been considered one of the most stressful events a person can go through. For most of India, the unorganised packers and movers industry did nothing to change that. If anything, it made the stress worse.
