Exide Industries expects its Bengaluru lithium-ion cell factory to start generating revenue in the third quarter of the current financial year.
The company has invested approximately Rs 4,800 crore in the Advanced Chemistry Cell site and will allocate an additional ₹1,400 crore this fiscal.
The plant has a first-phase capacity of 6 GWh, with Exide planning to utilise about 3 GWh during the ongoing fiscal year.
