Primary Market Calendar: 4 IPOs, 1 Listing Scheduled This Week

The robust investor interest is also visible in the grey market, where the shares of upcoming IPOs are trading at strong premiums. The recent momentum seen in the stock market during the past few weeks has added to the overall optimism. Here's the IPO calendar for the upcoming week-

1. Sacheerome Ltd. IPO

The SME IPO is raising ₹61.62 crore via the public offering. The issue comprises only a fresh issue with no offer-for-sale (OFS). The IPO was opened for subscription on June 9 (Monday) and will close on June 11 (Wednesday). The tentative date of listing is fixed for June 16 (Monday).

As of 3:24 pm, the shares of Sacheerome Ltd. were trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹35, commanding a premium of over 34.31%.

2. Jainik Power and Cables Ltd. IPO

The aluminum wire rod manufacturer is raising ₹51.30 crores. The public issue comprises only a fresh issue with no offer for sale. The bidding window will open on June 10 (Tuesday) and conclude on June 12 (Thursday). The tentative listing date of the SME IPO is fixed for June 17 (Tuesday). The company's GMP remained flat.

3. Oswal Pumps Ltd. IPO

The IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹1,387.34 crore. It comprises a fresh issue of 1.45 crore shares and an OFS of 0.81 crore shares. The bidding window will open on June 13 (Friday), and close on June 17 (Tuesday). The tentative listing date is scheduled for June 20 (Friday). Meanwhile, the shares of the company were trading flat in the unlisted market.

4. Monolithisch India Limited IPO

The company is planning to ₹82 crore via the public offering. The issue comprises a fresh issue with no OFS. The bidding period will open on June 12 (Thursday) and conclude on June 16 (Monday). The tentative date of listing is fixed for June 19 (Thursday).

Ganga Bath Fittings will make its debut on the D-street this week on June 11 (Wednesday) on NSE Emerge.
