Market Watch: 6 IPOs and 1 Mainboard Listing in the Upcoming Week

The IPO market will remain in buzz next week with 6 public offerings and 1 mainboard listing scheduled. The primary market continues to witness heightened investor attention with several big players including HDB Financial, Hero FinCorp, NSDL and LG Electronics set to make their D-street debut this year.

As for the coming week, these companies are slated to hit the primary market-

1.Arisinfra Solutions IPO 

Arisinfra Solutions IPO is planning to raise ₹499.60 crore. The issue consists of a fresh issue of 2.25 crore shares with no offer-for-sale (OFS). The public offering will open for subscription on June 18, 2025 (Wednesday) and conclude on June 20, 2025 (Friday). The price band is set at ₹210 to ₹222 per share. The mainboard IPO's tentative listing date is fixed for June 25, 2025.

2.Patil Automation IPO

The company is planning to raise ₹69.61 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 58.01 lakh shares. The SME IPO has set the price band in the range of ₹114 to ₹120 per share. The public offering will open on June 16, 2025 (Monday) and conclude on June 18, 2025 (Wednesday). The tentative date of listing is fixed for June 23, 2025 (Monday).

3.Samay Project Services IPO

The SME IPO is planning to raise to ₹14.69 crore. The issue consists of a fresh issue of 43.20 lakh shares. The bidding window for Samay Project Services' public offering will open on June 16, 2025 (Monday) and conclude on June 18, 2025 (Wednesday). The tentative date of listing is fixed on June 23, 2025 (Monday). The company has set the price band in the range of ₹32 to ₹34 per share.

4.Mayasheel Ventures

Mayasheel Ventures is planning to raise ₹27.28 crores via the public offering. The issue has no OFS and comprises only a fresh issue of 58.05 lakh shares. The bidding window will open on June 20, 2025 (Friday) and conclude on June 24, 2025 (Tuesday). The price band is set at ₹44 to ₹47 per share and the minimum lot size is 3000 shares. The tentative date of listing is June 27, 2025 (Friday).

5.Influx Healthtech IPO

The company is planning to raise ₹58.57 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue worth ₹48 crore and an OFS worth ₹10.56 crore. The bidding window will open on June 18, 2025 (Wednesday) and conclude on June 20, 2025 (Friday). The tentative listing date of listing of the SME IPO is fixed as June 25, 2025 (Wednesday). Influx Healthtech has set its IPO price band at ₹91 to ₹96 per share. 

6.Eppeltone Engineers IPO

The company aims to raise ₹43.96 crores via a fresh issue of 34.34 lakh shares with no OFS. The subscription period will start on June 17, 2025 (Tuesday) and close on June 19, 2025 (Thursday). The tentative date of listing is fixed as June 24, 2025 (Tuesday). The company has set the price band between the range of ₹125 to ₹128 per share with a minimum lot size of 1000 shares.

Mainboard IPO Listing

Oswal Pumps will make its D-street debut next week on June 20, 2025 (Friday). It's the only mainboard listing scheduled for next week.
