In 2016, Karan Virwani was 24 when he spotted a real estate trend his father had missed so far. For most of his early career he had watched his father, Jitendra Virwani, chairman of Embassy Group, build gleaming office parks for multinational corporations, becoming one of India’s largest commercial landlords. Their tenants ranged from Tata Consultancy Services and Goldman Sachs to Rolls-Royce.
