Tata Capital set IPO price band at ₹310–326 per share, about 5% below its July rights issue price of ₹343, to attract retail investors.
The IPO aims to raise up to ₹15,512 crore, making it the largest issue of the year.
Issue includes 21 crore fresh shares and 26.58 crore shares via OFS; Tata Sons to offload 23 crore shares, IFC to sell 3.58 crore shares.
Tata Sons currently holds 88.6% stake, IFC 1.8%.
Proceeds will strengthen Tier-1 capital base and support future lending.
