Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) signed a ₹40,000-crore MoU with the Food Processing Industries Ministry to set up integrated food manufacturing facilities nationwide.
The agreement was inked at the World Food India 2025 event.
RCPL will initially invest ₹1,500 crore to establish food and beverage facilities in Katol (Nagpur, Maharashtra) and Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh).
Reliance Industries had earlier announced plans to build Asia’s largest integrated food parks, featuring AI-driven automation, robotics, and sustainable technologies.
