Nextgen Semiconductors plans to raise ₹1,000–1,500 crore over the next 12 months through equity and structured instruments.
The company will invest over ₹8,800 crore in phases to build India’s first fully integrated Silicon (Si) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) power semiconductor platform in Dholera, Gujarat.
The project will create a ‘wafer-to-power electronics components’ ecosystem for EVs, renewable energy, data centres, and industrial electronics.
