IFB Agro Industries Ltd has completed the voluntary liquidation of its UAE-based wholly-owned subsidiary, IFB Agro Marine (FZE).
The closure also covers its representative office in Dubai.
The subsidiary, set up in 2017 at Sharjah Airport Free Zone, was engaged in seafood trading.
