“The development embodies DLF’s vision of delivering expansive living spaces, breathtaking views, and privacy in the sky,” said Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers in a statement.

Spanning 17.7 acres, Privana North has six high-rise towers of stilt+50 storeys, making them the tallest residential structures developed by DLF to date. It offered 1,152 4 BHK residences and 12 grand penthouses, starting at a price of ₹10 crore as per the project's website. In the DLF Privana township, the company had earlier offered DLF Privana South and Privana West projects.

What DLF Privana North Offers

DLF says Privana North features a thoughtfully planned design with curvilinear tower placement that ensures privacy and offers clear views of the central greens, the Aravalli range, and a 500-metre-wide reserved green zone.

The 4 BHK apartments have a carpet area of approximately 207 square metres (2,236 sq. ft.), while penthouses extend up to 450 square metres (4,847 sq. ft.). Each apartment includes three car parking slots; penthouses come with four.

The homes include kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, and foyers. The master bedrooms are around 33% larger than earlier units within the development.

Each tower includes a lobby with designated areas for cafes, lounges, and mailboxes. Services such as dry cleaning, grocery delivery, first-aid, and hobby spaces are distributed across towers. The layout includes a double-core system with two apartments per core.

Privana North is connected through the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), NH-48, and Dwarka Expressway, offering direct access to Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Mumbai. Its location is near commercial centres like DLF Corporate Greens, TCS, and the American Express campus.

DLF posted record-breaking sales bookings of ₹21,223 crore in FY24-25, up 44% from ₹14,778 crore the previous year. Its stock rose 0.3% to ₹854 after the announcement on Tuesday.

The company had earlier sold out two projects in its 116-acre township—Privana West and Privana South—worth ₹12,800 crore. In May 2024 alone, DLF sold all 795 units of Privana West for ₹5,590 crore within three days.
