Diamond Power Gets LoI To Supply Cables Worth ₹45 Cr To Adani Electricity Mumbai

Diamond Power Infrastructure on Wednesday said it has received a letter of intent from Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd for supply of cables worth ₹45.47 crore.

The order will be executed from May 2026 to May 2027, a regulatory filing stated.

"Our company has received a letter of intent from Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd for supply of cables worth ₹45,47,45,592 inclusive GST," the filing said.

The order does not fall under the ambit of related party transactions, it stated.
