My choice of tipple depends on what the cuisine and mood is like. I am fond of new world wines like the Malbec and Merlot blends. But I also enjoy peaty single malts like Ardbeg and Laphroaig. 

I enjoy watching gangster movies the most. According to me, the best of the lot is Goodfellas by Martin Scorsese. Love the cars and their suits and ties. 

I enjoyed reading A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini. I am also a big fan of Gregory David Roberts’ Shantaram, a scintillating account of life in Mumbai. 

I love travelling to Mexico; it’s the perfect combination of chilled-out people, great food and amazing beaches. Mexico City is like a maze. 

I think Damian Hirst is very expressive with his art in an interesting manner. I love the skull he made with diamonds; his work may look very ordinary and simple but is actually very intricate.
