Registration Fees Will Increase

The registration fee will increase from $10 to $215 per entry, substantially raising expenses for companies submitting multiple applications.

Reducing Paperwork

Employers must now electronically register candidates before filing a full H-1B petition. This update is designed to simplify the process and reduce paperwork.

Beneficiaries Instead of Application

With the new system, USCIS will select beneficiaries instead of applications, eliminating duplicate entries and reducing the advantage larger companies previously had by submitting multiple registrations for a single candidate.
