I have recently read several books on India, such as White Tiger by Aravind Adiga, The Argumentative Indian by Amartya Sen and Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts. I liked these very much because they helped me learn a lot about India.

I used to be a national league badminton player in Sweden when I was much younger and continue to follow the sport in India as well. I am a very big fan of Saina Nehwal.

I have visited over 50 countries and have fond memories of all these visits. New Zealand is a favourite, and not just because I spent my honeymoon there seven years ago. It is a land with many experiences, adventures, open spaces and sheer beauty. The biggest memory of this trip is twin bungee jumping from the Kawarau Bridge, 141 feet over the Kawarau river in Queenstown.

I am a huge fan of Sweden’s Roxette. Some of my favourite numbers include “The Look”, “Listen to Your Heart”, “It Must Have Been Love” and “Joyride”.

I enjoy food cooked by my grandmother the most. Her pancakes served with a big dollop of cream and jam is my all-time favourite. I have now grown to love naan and dal makhani.
