Yoga is an integral part of my life and I have a sacrosanct one-hour session in the morning dedicated towards breathing and meditative techniques. Besides ensuring optimum productivity at work, it has improved my energy and wellness levels.

Writers who have influenced me include Edward de Bono, Alvin Toffler, Daniel Kahneman and Rolf Dobelli. Among writing styles, I loved the simplicity of Catch-22. I also liked the profoundness of Who Moved My Cheese?

The Godfather is my favourite for being a complete cinema. In many ways, it has defined many standards — be it characterisation, acting, cinematography, or music. In Bollywood, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro is a masterpiece, and Sholay for being such a complete package.

Within Indian cuisine, South Indian, Konkani and Awadhi are favourites. Internationally, I enjoy experimenting with local food during my travel, and find the ability of newer age chefs to combine flavours quite fascinating.

The history and architectural beauty of Europe makes it a very attractive destination, with Prague being among my favourites. I love the mountains for the serenity, freshness, exercise and inspiration.
