Compact Design Details

The AI Pin could match the size of an AirTag but appear slightly thicker. Reports describe a thin, flat circular design made using aluminium and glass materials.

Dual Camera Setup

Apple’s AI Pin may include two cameras. One could handle standard photos and videos, while the second wide-angle lens may capture broader scenes when required.

Audio Features

The device is said to include three microphones for capturing sound clearly. A built-in speaker could allow the AI Pin to play audio responses directly.

Button & Charging

Leaks suggest that the AI Pin could also feature a physical button, though its exact function remains unclear. Wireless charging support, similar to the Apple Watch, is also expected.

How It’s Worn?

Currently, reports say there is no fixed way to attach the AI Pin to clothing. Apple may introduce attachment options as development progresses further.

Launch Timeline Plans

The AI Pin remains in early development and could still be cancelled. However, Apple is reportedly planning production of 20 million units with a possible 2027 unveiling.

Broader AI Push

This development comes as Apple plans to upgrade Siri into an advanced AI chatbot. Separately, OpenAI and former Apple designer Jony Ive are also working on AI devices.
