Cultivate openness: Create a transparent and dialogue-led culture across the organisation through digital platforms and through in-person meetings. Seamless access also ensures free flow of information through the organisation, thereby facilitating transparency.

Provide clear markers: Employees need to be always assured that the organisation enables everyone to achieve the business objectives set. There should not be any ambiguity about the ground rules or the value systems they need to abide by.

Guide and mentor: Provide a platform for employees to collaborate and share ideas. Facilitate associated learning inside and outside the company. Enable a culture of ownership where there is no fear of failure or reprimand when chasing audacious goals.

Engage consistently: Compelling bright ideas and learning come through continuous engagement. This regular interaction creates its own confidence loop as employees feel that their input is valued by the senior leadership, whom they look up to for direction and guidance.

Reward objectively: Any form of recognition or incentive system should not only be fairly designed but also fairly implemented. Every employee strives to do better than their peer and a fair appraisal or evaluation pushes them to perform better and raise the game continuously
