When it comes to my favourite cuisine, Indian food wins, hands down. It has a deep culinary philosophy and is among the most sophisticated cuisines in the world.

The best vacation for me would be a road trip across the UK, staying at local bed-and-breakfasts along the way. I would end the trip at the exquisitely beautiful Isle of Man.

I love unwinding with a game of golf on the weekends. It is a true test of mental strength as you are competing only with yourself, which pushes you to outperform each time you play.
