Clayton Christiansen’s work on disruption in The Innovator’s Dilemma is among my favourites within the genre of business and management. I like the book for its original theory and impeccable research.

Sholay is simply a masterpiece for its landscape is ideal for the big-screen. Its action scenes, humour, emotions, songs and characters are well sketched out. I am also an Aamir Khan fan and I love all his movies from Lagaan to Rang De Basanti to 3 Idiots.

Home brewed south Indian filter coffee served hot tops my list of favourites. It is a comfort drink that I can have anytime in the day or even at night.

Although I am a connoisseur of all sports, cricket has always been my favourite. Given its massive following in our country of 1.2 billion people, there is a great feeling of national pride and unity when India does well.

The Himalayan ranges allure me as they have in store a wide range of experiences for the body, mind and the soul. It is here that I have enjoyed adventure activities such as white water rafting, paragliding and trekking and also spiritual retreats like meditation.
