The Burj Khalifa was developed by Emaar Properties, a leading Dubai-based real estate company. The construction of the world’s tallest building took six years to complete. It is owned by Mohamed Alabbar, an Emirati businessman and real estate mogul.
The largest penthouse ranging 21,000 square feet is priced at approximately Rs 2 billion, making it one of the most expensive and luxuries residences in the world.

A 2 BHK apartment in Burj Khalifa is priced at approximately Rs 5.83 crore (AED 2,500,000).
The price of ultra-luxury 3 BHK apartment in Burj Khalifa is approximately Rs 14 crore (AED 6,000,000).
A new luxury project in Gurugram is expected to surpass the apartment prices in Burj Khalifa. DLF, is preparing to launch its ultra-luxurious project, DLF The Dahlias, on Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The starting price for these homes is Rs 80,000 per square foot, with the average cost of an apartment estimated at approximately Rs 100 crore.
