Veteran actor and Balaji Telefilms promoter Jeetendra Kapoor, along with his family, sold their land parcel in Andheri for ₹855 crore to NTT Global Data Centers and cloud Infrastructure.
The deal, registered in May 2025, was executed through two family-run entities — Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers. It involves two adjoining land parcels totaling 9,664.68 sq. metres (approximately 2.4 acres).
The land parcel currently houses Balaji IT Park, which consists of three constructed buildings. While the market value of the land is ₹729.26 crore, the transaction was finalized at ₹855 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹8.69 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India, formerly Netmagic IT Services, is a subsidiary of Japan’s NTT Data, focusing on data center and cloud infrastructure services.
This acquisition aligns with NTT’s strategy to expand its data center footprint in India, catering to the growing demand for digital infrastructure in the region.
Jeetendra Kapoor is a Bollywood veteran with over 200 films to his name, including hits like Caravan, Himmatwala, and Tohfa. He is also the promoter and non-executive chairman of Balaji Telefilms, the powerhouse behind iconic TV shows and films in India.
Beyond entertainment, the Kapoor family holds diverse business interests. Ekta Kapoor made her mark with iconic TV serials and by launching the digital platform ALTBalaji. Tusshar Kapoor is known for his comic role in the Golmaal film series and also manages ventures in real estate and film production.
