Veteran actor and Balaji Telefilms promoter Jeetendra Kapoor, along with his family, sold their land parcel in Andheri for ₹855 crore to NTT Global Data Centers and cloud Infrastructure.

Andheri Deal Overview

The deal, registered in May 2025, was executed through two family-run entities — Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers. It involves two adjoining land parcels totaling 9,664.68 sq. metres (approximately 2.4 acres).

Financial Aspects

The land parcel currently houses Balaji IT Park, which consists of three constructed buildings. While the market value of the land is ₹729.26 crore, the transaction was finalized at ₹855 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹8.69 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
