With over 30 years in technology and creative leadership, Bugaj has held senior roles at DJ2 Entertainment, Pixar Animation Studios, Telltale Games and Hanson Robotics, building a career focused on innovation in interactive media.
Stephan Bugaj also worked at Genvid Entertainment as chief creative officer (CEO), creating the Massively Interactive Live Event format, which combines streaming, gaming and live audience participation, transforming the way interactive digital content is experienced.
Bugaj has wide experience in creating AI-powered tools for filmmakers and leading interactive storytelling projects, blending real-time audience engagement with premium narrative content to deliver unique and engaging digital experiences.
Bugaj joins JioStar as companies turn to AI to stay competitive, using technology to speed up content creation, improve efficiency and offer personalised, engaging visual experiences for audiences worldwide.
