Meta has introduced its Oakley Meta smart glasses in India, merging Oakley’s iconic frame design with Meta’s cutting-edge hardware, featuring AI voice control, HD video capture, and fitness tracking for premium smart eyewear users.
The Oakley Meta smart glasses are priced from ₹41,800 in India. Pre-orders begin on November 25 through Sunglass Hut’s website, with nationwide in-store sales starting December 1, 2025, at major retail partners.
The Oakley Meta smart glasses are available in six frame and lens combinations, all compatible with prescription lenses, including PRIZM Ruby, PRIZM Polar Black, PRIZM Deep-Water, Transitions Amethyst, Transitions Grey, and Clear lenses.
Meta AI is built directly into the Oakley Meta smart glasses, allowing users to interact in English or Hindi. Voice commands enable calls, messaging, information access, media control, and hands-free video recording effortlessly.
Users can record hands-free videos by saying, ‘Hey Meta, take a video, allowing uninterrupted tracking during running, cycling, workouts or other outdoor activities without the need to use a phone.
The Oakley Meta smart glasses also feature IPX4 water resistance, offer up to 8 hours of use, 19 hours standby, fast charging to 50% in 20 minutes, and a portable case adding 48 extra hours of power.
The glasses support apps like Strava and Garmin, enabling users to monitor fitness metrics hands-free during running, cycling or other outdoor activities without needing to check a phone or smartwatch.
