Haleon announced Kedar Lele as its new President for the India Subcontinent, filling a leadership vacancy. He officially starts this month, following the retirement of Navneet Saluja.
Lele succeeds Navneet Saluja, the former ISC General Manager, who retired in October 2025. Saluja’s tenure was noted for strategic growth and strengthening Haleon’s market position.
Before joining Haleon, Kedar Lele served as Managing Director (MD) at Castrol India Ltd for nearly 18 months, overseeing operations and driving business growth across the automotive sector.
Lele spent almost two decades at Hindustan Unilever Ltd, holding senior roles including Executive Director for Sales and Customer Development and MD of Unilever Bangladesh.
Lele also serves on the board of TVS Automobile Solutions and previously was Vice President at the Foreign Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Bangladesh.
Lele holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Operations from the Indian School of Business, along with a postgraduate diploma in Marketing Communications from MICA, Ahmedabad.
As ISC President, Lele joins Haleon Executive Team, driving India’s leadership to reach one billion more consumers by 2030 and advancing better everyday health initiatives.
Haleon India offers over-the-counter healthcare products, focusing on oral care, digestive health, pain management, respiratory health, and vitamins. Brands include Eno, Sensodyne, Iodex, Crocin and Centrum.
